Who We Serve

Ten10Coaching serves individuals and organizations in the nonprofit or education spaces experiencing Secondary Traumatic Stress and should be equipped with the tools to stay in their role.

The organizations that we serve have direct face-to-face interactions with those they serve and the staff and/or volunteers are experiencing Secondary Traumatic Stress through the responsibilities of their roles. Examples of these organizations are as follows, but not limited to: non-profits, education spaces such as schools, school support programs, organizations that support children/teens/young adults and their families, counseling programs, and rehabilitation programs.

In addition, we serve individuals who find themselves in similar spaces and who seek support to pursue emotional and mental health while staying in their role. Examples of individuals we serve are as follows, but not limited to: teachers, school leaders, counselors, social workers, coaches, school-based volunteers, non-profit staff and volunteers.
